By accessing or using Kobi (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
Kobi is an AI-powered English grammar tutor that provides personalized learning paths, adaptive lessons, and AI-generated explanations. The Service helps learners progress from A1 to C1 proficiency through daily practice sessions. The Service is currently in beta; features and content may change without prior notice.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you confirm that a parent or legal guardian has consented to your use. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.
The Service uses Google OAuth exclusively for sign-in. We do not store or manage passwords. You are responsible for all activity that occurs through your Kobi account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at [email protected].
You agree not to: (a) scrape, copy, or redistribute Service content without permission; (b) reverse-engineer or attempt to extract the underlying AI models; (c) use the Service to generate content for purposes other than your own learning; (d) share your account credentials; (e) use the Service in any way that violates applicable law.
Kobi uses AI to generate lesson explanations, exercise questions, and feedback. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content may occasionally contain errors. The Service is for educational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional language instruction. We do not guarantee that content will meet any specific educational standard or exam requirement.
The Service, including its design, curriculum structure, and software, is owned by ViMind Technology and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain full rights to your own learning data. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal, non-commercial learning purposes only.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from harmful components. Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ViMind Technology shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
